What clothing should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring comfortable sports clothing or loose clothing which you can easily move around in. This allows us to assess your movements more easily and with better accuracy

What happens on the first appointment?

Your first appointment includes a full medical history of all your issues and concerns and it allows us to gain information on why you experiencing your symptoms.

We then move onto the manual tests which highlight issues such as weak muscles, tight tissues and incorrect movement patterns.

All the information is then collated and informs a decision as to what is potentially causing your symptoms. We can then devise a realistic plan with you to remedy these issues so helping you live life to the full.

How can I pay for the appointment?

We can accept payment using debit / credit cards, cash and bank transfers.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you tell us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment that you can not make it. We will charge the full amount of your appointment if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

Where can I get some physio equipment?

Is there any parking?

Yes – there is plenty of parking on site for you so no walking a long way to get to your appointment.

I'm disabled - will I be able to get into the studio?

Yes – we have full disabled access with a designated disabled parking bay, a gentle slope to the front door and the toilet is kitted out too.

If physiotherapy isn't working then what happens next?

Physiotherapy can’t treat every ache and pain so if we aren’t able to cure your symptoms then we know some specialists in their particular fields which we can refer you to. We have a good working relationship with other professionals who may be able to help. A report will be sent to them detailing your issues making the continuation of care as seamless as possible.
